We recently received a copy of Claymore the Complete Series from Funimation. I wanted the chance to sit down and watch the series again with out having to watch it on megavideo like I did last time. Also, this time there are some extras to watch.

The main difference for me was Claymore was dubbed in English. While some you purists like the subs, I am more than happy to hear it in my native language.  The set is included on 6 DVDs and runs at 650 minutes.

Extras are surprisingly nice and include a pair of  24-page full color books highlighting key characters from the series, six commentary tracks from some of the English voice actresses and creative staff, Japanese staff interviews, original TV commercials, cast audition reels, textless songs, and a crop of Funimation trailers scattered throughout. Very good stuff for the die hard Claymore fan . I recommend purchasing it if you are a fan of the anime series. I constantly hear the anime can not be compared to the manga. Be that the case, is the anime is quite good!
