Sora no Otoshimono
Directed by: Hisashi Saito

It all begins in a dream on vast open field and there’s a n angel girl with long blue hair in a white dress aside the guy that loves her but she is swiftly goes up to the sky after saying a few words to the guy in the dream, that was a dream our main character Tomoki has been having for a long time and doesn’t know the meaning of it but it always makes him cry.
Tomoki is a highschooler who likes a peaceful life his motto is “quiet and peaceful is the best” once at the school Tomoki falls asleep and has the same dream he always has and wakes up crying in the classroom then his childhood friend Sohara asks Tomoki to talk to their sempai Eishiro Sugata a eloquent guy famous for his higher IQ but most of all his weirdness, so on their way to find Sugata they meet with the “Kaichou” Mikako Satsukitane while there’s a big crowd caused by Sugata who is attempting to use a glider just to crush against the trees.
Tomoki is told something is coming from the sky and is gonna fall near the big cherry tree in the town and Sugata believes it’s related to his quest for the “New World” and Tomoki’s dream so everybody promises to accompany him to the cherry tree on the night but Tomoki gets ditched by everyone, so when he is about to take his leave he gets some weird feeling and as soon as he turns to watch he sees something is falling down from the sky he gets blown away by the impact but he goes back to the crash site and what fell from the sky was an angel like girl however he refuses to help her and to involved into an annoying situation but he gets back to help the girl after feeling a remorse in his heart however this quiet and peaceful life will drastically changed by the appearance but he doesn’t just know that yet…
So from this moment on the pet angeloid type Alpha known as Ikaros who came from the “Synapse” becomes Tomoki’s pet promising him to grant any wish he likes leaving a vast arsenal at his disposal to become the most perverted guy in the world playing pranks on Sohara and all the girls n his school he even turns himself into a girl named Tomoko to get into the girls room, so our story revolves around these kind of situations and how the other angeloids Nymph, Astrea and the 2nd generation angeliod Chaos make their appearances but who is their master and what exactly is the “Synapse”? Could that be related to Sugata’s quest for the “New World”? who is the strange angel girl from Tomoki’s dream?
Ok i have to admit i got dragged by the looks of the girls to watch this series and though i knew what i was getting myself into i decided to give it a shot, sure you can easily realize it’s the old perv peeping tom harem formula since the beginning; though at some point of the first episode i thought it would have a deeper story, but who cares about storytelling when you have such beauties showing off their bodies on your screen right
Though it is the old ecchi formula it is still fun to watch how Tomoki gets involved into a lot of funny and sticky situations due to the angeloids and the School Kaichou Mikako who plays several pranks on Tomoki and mekes him to participate in odd contest to lecture him and sometimes just to have fun, it also has it’s hints of romance duh! it’s harem right?!.
In fewer words it’s the old ecchi formula we all love and hate sometimes but somehow they achieved to keep it fresh and the fun never gets old, i had lots of great entertainment hours watching this anime and it made me laugh several time through the entire series so if you are up to watch hot girls and have lots of fun you should fly along with these angeloids, i hope you enjoy.
Quick note: The Sora no Otoshimono movie got green lit this past november 5th and is scheduled to be released the coming year and is also going to by directed by Hisashi Saito and produced by AIC studios.
The old perv Peeping tom harem formula somehow refreshed and funnier.
Boobastic character design the girls are super hot, good animation though i detected some flaws on some episodes due to odd body positions but its good overall with bright colors and battle scenes are not bad.
