Kurogiri’s Warp Gate may hold the key
Kurz before the final arc was completed Kurogiri was transported to the Central Hospital. Spinner leads an army that will storm the region as the war rages. He plans to liberate Kurogiri. The Warp Gate Quirk can teleport anyone anywhere. This is an easy way to move in this series.
A vital role is also played by the hospital My Hero Academia. Dabi’s family went to the hospital while he was still with them to check on his health. Dabi was told by his doctor that he couldn’t tolerate heat or cold. This meant that he couldn’t realize his Quirk’s potential and not burn himself.
Dabi might have resentment against the Central Hospital. However, it would be appropriate if Dabi returned to this hospital. He could use Kurogiri’s powers to teleport himself in the middle of chaotic battle. This would allow him access to the Gunga Mountain Villa.

My Hero AcademiaMobility is a key trait. Shoto and Dabi need extra mobility to reach Endeavor. It isn’t known if he will go against All For One.
Dabi could make use of his firepower to propel him the same way his father did. Shoto can create ice using his right side. Shoto can skate on ice or push himself forward by using ice shards.
Both brothers can be very mobile due to their Quirks. Shoto will soon go with Dabi everywhere he goes.

All for One is the wildcard
All For One can’t spend too much time there My Hero Academia. He can regenerate his self with the Quirk restoration drug, but he will eventually be rewound into nothingness. He plans to take down all those around him before he disappears forever.
Endeavor has already suffered very serious injuries. Shoto would serve as backup in the event that Dabi arrives. The match could become a 2-versus-2. We will see what happens in the next chapters. Horikoshi is a very unpredictable writer.
Dabi, Shoto, and their father are clearly suffering from unresolved issues. This plotline needs to be resolved before the series is over.
