Is Naruto dead in the Boruto Anime
Boruto: Naruto Next Gens
If you remember correctly, the first episode of the Boruto anime offered a glimpse into the future in which the Leaf Village had been completely destroyed and Naruto seemed dead. This was just a quick glimpse. The plot soon returns to the present, with Naruto still alive.
This was true in Episode 231 of the Boruto anime series. It means Naruto exists. Will he die before the future becomes the past in episode two? We don’t believe so.

In the final section, we will discuss more. But, we can state here that there is not any evidence suggesting that Naruto has died. He may have been injured but not yet dead.
It seems that Naruto was dead at the time. However, we haven’t seen his body. We all know the informal anime rule: If you don’t see a character dying and don’t see their body, they’re probably not dead. It is shocking that Naruto has passed away. It was most likely done to draw fans. We are positive that Naruto will still be around in the future.
Who nearly killed Naruto in Boruto

Naruto is very close to death in the Boruto anime series. This was during the battle against Jigen. Jigen was discovered to be possessed by the powerful Isshiki OKsutsuki. The next section will provide more information about the battle.
Remember that the battle against Jigen, controlled by Isshiki, was one of the most difficult Naruto’s ever faced. Despite their best efforts Naruto, Kurama and Jigen were defeated later by Isshiki Oksutsuki.
Naruto was able to stop Isshiki’s plan to kill Sasuke with his clones, while Sasuke fled with his Rinnegan. Sasuke actually was transformed from the bizarre dimension Jigen had given them.
Naruto mocked Isshiki, and Kurama stated that Isshiki never intended to kill him. Kurama said that Isshiki can change his mind at any time. Boro saved the seal.

Kawaki and Team 7, were determined to save the team. They used Kawaki’s Kama and Boruto’s Kama to enter Naruto’s dimension. Jigen (and Isshiki), were also held there. Boruto and Kawaki caused a rift in the seal during their fight against Boro. This liberated Naruto and his cell. Boro was defeated and Naruto could return to Konoha.
Boruto had teleported Isshiki and Naruto to the dimension where Isshiki had sealed them. Kurama and Sasuke joined Boruto in a battle against Isshiki. The Otsutsuki proved to be too strong for them, knocking out Sasuke, and blocking Naruto’s sensory abilities by manifesting huge black cubes. Kurama noticed this quickly.
Kurama suggested Naruto resort to the last resort in order to stop Isshiki. He was so determined to accomplish it. Naruto agreed to this, explaining that he was fully aware of the dangers and was willing die for his Hokagehood. Naruto adopted this new form and named it Baryon Mode.
Kurama explained to Naruto that the method followed the same principles and procedures as nuclear fusion. He needed to use all the energy they had and he must avoid unnecessary movements. Everyone was baffled by the new form’s power. Naruto quickly overpowered Isshiki. Soon, Naruto began feeling the effects of Baryon Mode. He began to feel tired.
Kurama observed that this mode slowly depleted all life force, including Naruto’s. It also sapped Isshiki’s strength with each touch. They kept putting pressure upon Isshiki right up to his end, which was already short. After Isshiki’s defeat, Kurama spoke to Naruto subconsciously because Baryon Mode was too difficult for him. Kurama was shocked to learn this.

Naruto said to Kurama that he didn’t resent him despite his parents’ murder. Kurama informed Naruto that Kurama was willing to die. Naruto insisted that Kurama was not going to be killed because it was his life at risk using Baryon Mode.
Kurama claimed that Naruto was not a lie. However, he knew that the Hokage wasn’t putting his life at risk and so hid the truth. Kurama warned Naruto, before Kurama disappeared, that he was gradually losing all his abilities and chakra. He should have been more vigilant. Isshiki was defeated, but at a high cost.
What is Naruto’s Future Fate and Will He Really Die?

Like all characters, Naruto will eventually die and be succeeded as the Eight Hokage. However, we don’t expect it to happen soon. We don’t see Naruto dying before he turns 80.
Since the beginning, he has been the pillar for Kishimoto’s franchise. While the emphasis has moved to his son, Naruto still plays a crucial role in the franchise. Even Boruto. While the story is centered on the next generation of characters, Naruto doesn’t seem to be dying.
We don’t see any hints that Naruto died prematurely so we believe that Kishimoto will not go that far. First, Boruto was originally a sequel to Naruto’s story. This indicates that Kishimoto didn’t intend to continue the story after Naruto was finished.

A character that is so beloved and has been around for so long is likely to not die. It just wouldn’t make sense for Kishimoto kill Naruto.
We don’t believe there will be a grander plot where Naruto must die. However, we don’t see it happening. Kishimoto wouldn’t be wise to go in that direction.
Boruto Uzumaki still hasn’t surpassed his father in popularity, and he likely won’t ever. Naruto Umaki is synonymous with the franchise. It would be foolish for him to be killed. This is why we believe Naruto won’t die prematurely.
