Naruto is a well-known name in animation. But what is the Naruto series about, and what’s happening in the series today?
Naruto is a hugely popular anime and manga series, with a popularity almost unmatched. While there have been many anime that are popular in western markets, Naruto stands out from the rest. But what is the secret to Naruto’s popularity? And what’s the current status of the series? Here’s everything you need to know.
What is Naruto?
Masashi Kishimoto has created Naruto, an anime series and manga series.
Naruto Uzumaki, the main character of the series, is from Konoha. The Hidden Leaf Village translation also appears in the series. Naruto is a ninja in training and he starts the series at twelve years old. He lives alone as an abandoned child. This isolation is due to the fact that he has an inner fox demon.
After becoming a ninja, he is joined by Sakura Haruno (and SasukeUchiha) and placed under Kakashi Hatake’s tutelage. Sasuke decides to split from the group in order kill his brother Itachi. Itachi is part of a group of outlaws called the Akatsuki. Slowly it becomes evident that the Akatsuki are more than just a criminal group.
Is Naruto still relevant?
The Naruto story ended with the conclusion of Naruto Shippuden in 2017, but there’s an ongoing spin-off that follows Naruto’s son Boruto that serves as a sequel.
A climactic battle against the series’ twist villain ushers in the end of an age for the world and the finale of Naruto Shippuden. This effectively marks the end of the series. For diehard Naruto fans, the good news is that they will be able to see what happens after all is said and done.
Boruto tells the story about the son of Naruto. The series follows the story of Naruto’s son. It takes place 15 years after Shippuden. Although the main focus of the series is on a new cast descended from the Naruto cast members, the show still features many of the most famous characters.
