Victor’s mother was Cynthia Von Doom. Mephisto, a demon who is the Lord of Hell and a powerful witch, kidnapped her. Victor, who was very young, tried to save his mother.
Victor was taught sorcery by Cynthia, a witch. She left behind books and spells that she had learned from Cynthia. He was also a gifted scientist. The result is a unique combination that can do both good and evil.
Victor was a college student and moved to the USA to study at Empire State University. Mr. Fantastic, also known as Reed Richards, was Victor’s college mate. Doom used his newly acquired resources to create a machine that could communicate with other realms in the hopes of reaching his mother.

Doctor Doom is unique because, despite being the most powerful being on Earth (and possibly the universe), he doesn’t have any superpowers. He is a normal person with an extraordinary mind. That’s why he’s so powerful.
Doctor Doom is able to do almost anything because of his combination of science and sorcery (mostly the dark arts and witchcraft) and genius-level intelligence that’s on par with Reed Richards (the smartest person on Earth).
He is a skilled mind-transmitter who projects his consciousness onto others, telepathy, technopathy, hypnotism as well as psionic abilities. Victor is an expert in swordsmanship and hand-tohand fighting.
Doom also created a superpowered armor that is similar to Iron Man’s. He is almost invulnerable because of its superhuman strength, durability and power. Gauntlet lasers, numerous gadgets, high-tech weapons and the ability create force-fields that are so strong that no one can penetrate them, including Thanos, Galactus or a Celestial blast, also make up his a***nal.

It’s Doctor Doom from another universe. He is not Earth-616. This means that he may have referred to the most powerful Doom version ever – in his universe. However, this Doctor Doom wasn’t the strongest, especially when you take into account the main Earth-616 universe.
God Emperor Doom was the most powerful Doctor Doom. In 2015’s Marvel’s Secret Wars, the Beyonders recreated Battleworld in order to show supervillains and superheroes fighting each other. The Battleworld included Doctor Doom, which was a mistake.
Doctor Doom was able to steal not only The Beyonder’s powers, but all The Beyonders together, using some preparation and his vast intelligence. He was almost omnipotent because of this. He was able to turn any idea into a reality. He literally tore Thanos’ spine out with his naked hands.
