19. Hitoshi Shinso




Hitoshi Shiso’s middle school friends laughed at his villain-like abilities and mocked him. They also claimed that he couldn’t be a Pro Hero. Shinso however proves them wrong. He is able to master it and use it in various conflicts and altercations that save lives.
Shinso is taken under Eraserhead’s wing by him, citing their similar attitudes towards and relationships with society. Shinso is more evil than he could possibly be. His sadistic demeanor is not heroic. Pro Hero status, which is 90% public relations, is his hallmark. Shinso’s fans don’t seem to care; they love Shinso.
