These articles have no purpose. There are 200k+ cases added every day in Japan. There are 12 million active cases at the moment. It would be much simpler for staff to simply report daily anyone who doesn’t have COVID.

As RepeatedlyThe forum explained that ANN had reported on instances where cast or staff members might have to cancel events and assignments due to illness before COVID-19. COVID-19 is a condition that causes patients to miss up to 10 days of work or events regardless of their severity. Lynn, along with other cast members, had to withdraw from an official anime event right at the beginning of it.

Don’t exaggerate. National news would be the day when more than half of the anime industry uses COVID-19.

There is also the possibility of the infected person being reprimanded, or worse, fired.

Omicron is causing an increase in COVID cases. It is a horrible thing. However, it is shocking. From what I have heard, Japan has fewer COVID deaths than January.
