Overlord IV Episode 2 Review
Ainz starts to think about how to develop his kingdom. Albedo, Demiurge and others lean more towards world dominance. Ainz however wants all races living equally. Ainz, due to their different goals, decides to reach his goal independently for the moment. Princess Renner stops by the Re-Estize orphanage for children who lost parents during World War II. Tina, Climb, Evileye and Evileye talk about the children as they make their way back to home. They briefly discuss Momon, who may be the only one strong enough to defeat Ainz.
Meanwhile, Brain has been training under Vesture Kloff Di Laufen, Gazef’s former mentor. Brain is also looking out for orphans with great potential. Princess Renner returns to the palace to inform Prince Zanac about Albedo, the representative of Sorcerer Kingdom. Philip, a low-class noble introduces himself to her at a ball attended by nobles. With Hilma’s help, Philip hosts his own ball and invites Albedo. Philip asks Hilma about how he should court Albedo, but Hilma says he shouldn’t do it. Either way, Albedo does not like Philip at all, and he’s only being used as a puppet. Post-credits scenes reveal that Princess Renner has been negotiating with Albedo since before.
