For an in-depth view of the characters’ academic progress, no one tunes into “Naruto”. When it comes to Hinata Hyūga, however, fans wonder how well this shy genin was able to perform her duties at the Academy. Is she straight-A like Sakura Haruno, or was she underachieving? Or an underachiever like Naruto Uzumaki? According to the Hyō no Sho, also known as “Naruto Secret: Scroll of Soldiers Official Fanbook,” Hinata was an above-average student. She was an A student in taijutsu. She also earned an A in cooperation and classroom attitude. Hinata also received a B in genjutsu. There was only one subject that Hinata failed at — unsurprisingly, she scored an F in positivity. “Naruto. The Official Character Data Book” lists the 33 actual ninja activities Hinata took part in. They include 10 D, 14 C, 8 B, 8 B, 1 A, 0 S, and 1 A-rank. This does not include anime-only missions Hinata completed on the TV series.
