Which episode was Itachi’s first to die in?

Zetsu notices the thunderclouds rising above them and realizes they were created by Sasuke’s Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technology combined with the heat from Itachi’s inextinguishable Amaterasu.
Sasuke uses the new Jutsu Kirin to harness lightning in his sky, and his chakra to defeat Itachi.
Itachi is standing up after Kirin’s hit. Itachi survived thanks to his Susanoo, a massive chakra protector that is available only to those with the Mangeky Sharingan (in each eye). Sasuke believes that he has won.
Itachi approaches Sasuke like he’s out of chakra. Sasuke begins to feel the suppressed Orochimaru he had absorbed take over his body.
Orochimaru’s eight white serpents burst from Sasuke’s cursed seal using The Eight Branches Technique. Orochimaru exited through one of the snake’s mouths. He thanked Itachi for lowering Sasuke’s chakra and was grateful for another chance at taking over Sasuke.
Itachi kills seven of the eight snakes using his Susanoo’s Sword of Totsuka. This sword can seal souls and keep them forever. It seals Orochimaru away and removes Sasuke’s cursed seal.
This consumes too many chakra and reduces Itachi’s Susanoo back to its most basic form. Itachi coughs up blood, and slowly approaches Sasuke. He cannot escape him. Itachi, as he approaches Sasuke’s, speaks his last words and pokes his forehead, before he falls to the ground, still dead.
Sasuke contemplates Itachi’s last words, and then gazes at his brother before collapsing beside him, exhausted. While he had many more meaningful words to say, his simple “Sorry Sasuke” remained a favorite.
Itachi’s death is often misunderstood as if he was murdered by his brother. This is false. Although the two were clearly at war, it is clear that Sasuke was determined to punish his brother for his parents’ and clan’s deaths. But he failed to succeed.
Itachi chose his brother to fight because he was already seriously ill. This is something many forget. He kept his brother’s illness secret and took large quantities of medication to keep him alive.
He was certain to defeat his brother so he decided to fight him. This was also Mangekyo sharingan training for Sasuke, which made it easier against other opponents.
