Alien Tv Serie Season 1Great TV series,.Fargo. When Hawley announced his plans to create an Alien TV series many people were thrilled, even myself. Why not? Hawley has proved that he’s not only a skilled director but also one of today’s most gifted writers.
We don’t know much about but we do know that the series will be set in Earth and will include plenty of aliens and class warfare. Weyland Yutani executives will also be featured. We also expect to see the return colonial marines.
Noah Hawley’s Alien TV Series Plot
The plot revolves around the Weyland Yutani Corporation – AKA The Company, from the first and third Alien films – who loses control of their xenomorph research project. The beast is unleashed in its R&D facilities.
The aliens then do what aliens love: multiply, kill, and grow. The aliens then escape from the facility and invade the outside world. The Company is scared by the chaos it has unleashed, and sends colonial marines to clean up the mess.
It won’t work out as planned.
While there will be more nuance once the show is complete, this seems to be the basic premise, based on Noah Hawley’s statements.
Hawley submitted scripts for the first season of Alien TV Series. It will air on FX/Disney+, just like Prey , the highly successful Predator reboot. Disney’s Alien reboot/project will not be the same as Prey. It will be aired on TV and can last anywhere from 6-12 Episodes.
Alien TV Series Streaming Date
The new Alien TV series, exclusive to Disney+ and FX in the UK and Europe is now available on Disney+. It is not yet scheduled for release. Although reports suggested that the show would air by 2023, the show’s scale and special FX make this unlikely.
Hawley has completed the scripts and sent them to Disney. Shooting should start either before 2022’s end or in the first half 2023. This is the great news. Unfortunately, Hawley won’t release his Alien TV series until late 2024.

Shooting a series of multi-part episodes takes a lot. It can take a while to create special effects. Editing can be time-consuming. After the editing process is completed, Disney will market the show. This takes time. Even if production began next week it would still take 18 month for the show’s debut on television. This is the way things work on TV and in film.
How to Watch Alien TV Series
The Alien TV Series will only air on FX USA and Disney+ overseas when it lands. This was the same approach Disney used with when PREY was released. The film was produced by HULU/Disney+. It worked. Disney saw a substantial increase in subscribers following the release PREY.
Let’s get to the bottom of it. To see the Alien TV Series, you will need access to FX and Disney+. It will be available in 2023 or 2024.
Is Ridley Scott Involved?
Ridley Scott, who is infamous for his highly-respected Alien prequel films, Prometheus, and Alien Covenant are not someone that Alien fans would like to see attached to a new Alien film. Scott is not believed to be involved in Noah Hawley’s Alien TV series, not even as a producer.
Scott was in negotiations to become an executive producer for the new show. Since 2020, however, no confirmation has been made. There might be good reasons for this…
According to one online report, Disney has given Ridley Scott the task of creating an alien television series. He will write it and direct it.
Ridley Scott Apparently Working on an Alien TV Series…
According to the report Scott’s alien TV series is set in space. It could be either a sequel or standalone series.
This rumor does not hold true. It doesn’t make sense given the state of Hawley’s TV series. My only explanation is that Disney, fresh off its success with PREY is now looking to give the alien universe Star Wars, which would mean new films and TV series exploring different aspects.
Given Scott’s poor performance in the Alien films, surely this type of investment would depend on Hawley’s Alien TV show’s success? It is possible that the show will fail, which it certainly could, so why would Disney invest in Ridley’s concept?
