From the beginning, Season 2 of Ratched was a fact. Later, streaming service Netflix confirmed it. An Hollywood reporter wrote about the series’ “Two season and Eighteen episodes” order. Ratched Season 2 is still not available. It is hoped that the second season of Ratched will be announced before 2022.

- Sarah Paulson will play Mildred Ratched, the main lead of the show.

Mildred Ratched or Nurse Ratched is an adaptation of the character in the book One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest (Ken Kesey). This series, which is prequel to the film, follows her journey to the mental hospital. Each episode lasts 50 minutes and comprises eight episodes. Six months later, Edmund is taken into police custody and sent to Lucia State Hospital. Edmund is declared mentally incompetent by authorities and sent to Lucia State Hospital, Northern California. A few days before Edmund starts at the mental institution, Nurse Mildred ( Sarah PaulsonShe arrives in town in bright yellow clothing and books a motel room. Ratched isn’t one to be rejected, however. Ratched bribes an a**istant nurse at the hospital, steals her position, and quickly gains Dr. Hanover’s trust through illegal actions (i.e. She then drugged and saved the patients. It was a wonderful display of her charms and wits.
It begs the question, “Why Ratched came to the hospital before Edmund arrived?” Mildred Ratched is a foster sibling and Edmund Tolleson is her brother. In an effort to save him, she went to the mental facility. Although the narrative focuses on Ratched’s struggles and conflicts in her pursuit of her brother, this is only the exterior storyline. The darkness is deeper and only its twisted characters can illuminate it.

RatchedIts characters will be forever remembered. This could be due to the similar skin tone in the movie One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest or the book. The fearsome past is what makes each character unique. Each character, whether Ratched or Edmund, Dr. Hanover, or any other unstable patient who arrived at the facility with a frightening history, had a piece of their personality that was influenced.
Edmund and Ratched were extreme examples of this. It was easy for them murder. This coldness wasn’t inherited or desired.
Because of their traumatized childhoods, it evolved over time. They witnessed their parents torture and beat them, and adopted them only after they received a grant from the government.




Their foster parents used their siblings as puppets for a s**ual show. This led to anger which was temporarily subdued, but would still come out if provoked.

Charlotte Wells ( Sophie Okonedo), is a patient at the facility who suffers from dissociative identification disorder. She was also Dr. Hanover’s murder victim. Ratched originally intended to perform the act but was overcome by love and affection. Ratched a**ists Charlotte in hiding Dr. Hanover’s body, and presents it to Lenore Olsgood who offered a large sum for him.
Gwendolyn is diagnosed with lung cancer and Edmund is sent to an electric chair. Ratched feels helpless but Charlotte soon takes over the role of Dr. Hanover. After she had killed Dr. Hanover, it is suggested that she took Dr. Hanover’s identity. Edmund is saved by Charlotte who discovers that Ratched had planned to kill him using slow poison to escape from the electric chair’s agonizing shock. Edmund decides to kill Ratched who is now living with Gwendolyn, Mexico.
The final face-off between Edmunds & Ratched takes place over a phone call. This sets the stage for season 2. Here, the brother and sister will chase each other to end the bloodbath they started.
Ratched Season 2 The Conclusion
